Terms of Service

Last updated: 7 June 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Earlyvo website and service (the "Service"). By joining the waitlist or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Who we are

The Service is operated by an individual sole trader based in the United Kingdom ("Earlyvo", "we", "us", "our"). You can reach us at hello@earlyvo.com.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use the Service. By using it, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that any information you give us is accurate.

3. The Service

Earlyvo monitors public sources to surface job opportunities, checks them against the UK's register of licensed visa sponsors, estimates Skilled Worker eligibility, and may suggest contacts and draft outreach messages. The Service is currently in early access and is provided on an evolving basis — features may change, be added, or be removed.

Not legal or immigration advice. Eligibility checks, salary thresholds, sponsor status, and SOC code matches are automated estimates based on public data and may be incomplete or out of date. They are for guidance only and are not legal, immigration, financial, or career advice. Always verify with the employer and a qualified adviser (e.g. an OISC-regulated immigration adviser) before making decisions.

4. Your responsibilities

5. Accounts

If the Service offers accounts, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at hello@earlyvo.com if you suspect unauthorised use.

6. Plans and payment

Earlyvo offers a free tier and paid plans. Where you subscribe to a paid plan, the price, billing period, and features will be shown to you before you pay. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. We may change pricing with reasonable notice; changes will not affect the period you have already paid for.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, text, and branding, belongs to us and is protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose. You keep ownership of the content and information you provide to us.

8. Third-party sources

The Service relies on third-party and public data sources and links to external sites (such as LinkedIn, Companies House, and GOV.UK). We do not control these and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or availability.

9. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, and may set or change usage limits.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will help you secure a job, an interview, visa sponsorship, or any particular outcome.

11. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud). Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of opportunity, or loss of earnings. Our total liability to you for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or £50. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

13. Privacy

Our handling of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the UK where you live.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version, and continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
